NethServer is managed from a web interface, designed to reduce the need for command-line Linux skills in daily work. The goal is to lower the total cost of ownership for companies without a dedicated system administrator.
The platform covers file sharing, web server, authentication with Samba4, remote access, and many other services described on the official website. NethServer 8 installs its applications as containers, from a built-in catalogue.
